Every Belgian vascular surgeon or surgical trainee with a special interest in vascular surgery is welcome to become a member of the Belgian Society for Vascular Surgery. Being a member brings countless advantages and opportunities (e.g. networking events, reduced fees for conventions, and up-to-date news & information on the vascular world).

At the General Assembly dd 22/03/2025, it was decided to increase membership fees, which had never been indexed before. 

The membership fees from now on are:

• Regular Member: €160
• Junior Member: €60 
• Senior member (66+): €100 
• Honorary Member: Free
  

If possible, the Board would appreciate it if you could pay via Bancontact instead of Mastercard or VISA, as payments with international cards involve an additional 5€ fee per transaction for our society.

Payment prior to expire date of membership will not reduce the total duration of your membership. So feel free to fullfill a renewal before the deadline to ensure continious membership, which will let your membership only expire more than 365 days. 

!! Individual invoices are not being made since 2020 any more, as they are unnecessary for tax purposes.  For the Order of Physicians, the invitation to pay membership fees and the payment receipt you get via payment on our new website counts as a tax certificate.

!! Please update your personal info in your account if needed and add 'info@bsvs.info' as a contactperson to your outlook, preventing our mails ending up in your spam. Several email companies, such as Gmail recently, might block or cluster mail like ours. We have added DMARC records to our bsvs.info to prevent this in the future.  However, everything is always simultaneously put on our website in each category, in case you haven’t received an email from us.
