Events

How to subscribe for an event organized by the BSVS?

Sending an email is no longer necessary. Just click on the subscribe button and your participation will automatically be registered. You will receive a confirmation of your registration.

In 'MY ACCOUNT' you will find at the left the events you are registered for.

I can no longer come to an event. How do I unsubscribe?

In 'MY ACCOUNT' you will find the events you are registered for. On the same page you can, at any time, cancel your registration but BEFORE the registration deadline.  You than will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

What do I have to do to receive creditpoints for an event I attended?

Registration for an event must always be done BEFORE the indicated registration date of the event. After that date, NO registrations can be accepted either online or on site..... 

Accreditation points will not be awarded to those who have not registered online in time. 

Registration on site will be done via EID and will automatically be added to your accreditation account.

Membership

How do I become a member?

You can register here!

Fill in your information and pay the registration fee. You are now a member of the BSVS.

Why do I have to pay an annual registration fee?

Your registration fee is used to organise events and cover our administration fees. This way you can participate in all of our events free of charge.

Registration fees are:

  • Regular Member: €160
  • Junior Member: €60
  • Senior member (66+): €100
  • Honorary Members: Free

Individual invoices have not been made since 2020, as they are unnecessary for tax purposes.
For the Order of Physicians, the invitation to pay membership fees and the payment receipt you get via payment on our new website counts as a tax certificate.

How can I pay my membership fee?

Membership fees can only be paid via the Mollie account linked to our website. Please note that previous payment methods, such as direct debits or manual transfers, are no longer valid.

Can I receive an invoice after payment?

No, individual invoices are not being made since 2020 any more, as they are unnecessary for tax purposes. 

However, the receipt you receive immediately after completing your payment through our website serves as valid proof for tax authorities.

How do I update my personal information and ensure I receive communications?

You can update your personal information through your account on our website. 

To make sure you receive all communications, please add info@bsvs.info as a contact in your Outlook (or email application) to prevent messages from being marked as spam.

Certificate

How do I apply for a certificate of particular competence in vascular surgery?

Twice a year, the Collegium accepts applications for the certificate of particular competence in vascular surgery. You can find the criteria for your application in the library under the Collegium tab. All documents must be sent to the president of the Collegium by email: bsvs.collegium@gmail.com before the deadline. You will be invited to a zoom meeting to discuss your application. If your application is accepted, the certificate will be handed to you during a ceremony at the General Assembly.

The deadlines are:

  • February 1st
